Our sourdough breads require a 48-hour lead time because each loaf is made and shaped by hand.

 

We allow the loaves to prove and ferment for up to 18 hours to develop their distinctive tangy flavour and structure. This meticulous process is essential for creating high-quality sourdough, which is why we need two days' notice for orders—good sourdough takes time!
