Most of our products have 24-hour lead times, like our pastries, cakes, and everyday breads. Our sourdough bread has a longer lead time of 48-hours to allow for proving and fermentation time. Gluten free products also have a 48-hour lead time and are only available Tuesday – Saturday. To find lead times for a specific product, please click here.
