How to manage my account?

If you’re a customer of the Online Bakery, you have a few options to manage your account.

You can easily manage your account through the ‘My Account’ page located in the site toolbar.

The page is organized into different sections, so you can easily perform various actions.

In the Account Details section, you can update your information and manage who else can access the account.

For instance, you might want to add another user so they can place orders.

To do this, just click on Invite Additional Buyers, fill in the requested details, an email will then be sent inviting them to the site, and ask them to set a password for access. Once done scroll to the bottom and click submit.

The Security Settings section is where you can update your personal information for the site and change your current password.

My History is where you can check your order history and manage your invoices, payments, and credit notes.

The Account Management section under My History lets you see your past invoices, payments, and credit notes.

From there, you can view, print, and download PDF copies of these documents.

The My Order Pad section, allows you to look at your order templates. You have the option to create new ones or make changes to the existing templates.

You can also place an order here by updating a template from your list.
