How to create a standing order?

If you are a customer on our Online Bakery, you can easily place your orders right on our website.

Just log into your account to get started. If you haven't registered yet, you can follow the instructions provided here. Once you're logged in, you can begin placing your orders.

You can start by choosing the product category you'd like to order from, or you can use the search feature to find what you're looking for.

You can then take a look at the products available in each category (here, we've chosen Tin Breads).

Once you click on the item you need, you can choose the specific option (some products come in different weights, etc.) from the drop-down menu and select the quantity you'd like to order.

Add the items to your basket, then click the trolley icon in the top right to view the items you've added.

Next, click on 'Create Standing Order':

Chose your Standing order name, the frequency and days of the week, starting date, and once ready click on 'Save and proceed to delivery': 

Your next step is to enter your details and delivery address. Once you've done that, please check the box to accept the Terms & Conditions, then click Review Your Order.

If everything looks good, you can go ahead and confirm your order:

Once you finish, a confirmation will appear on the screen, and you'll also get an email confirming your order.
