Ordering Times
All our breads, pastries and cakes are baked fresh every day using the best ingredients.
To ensure the highest quality, all products require a 48-hour lead time, allowing sufficient time for proving, fermentation and baking.
How to place an order
Orders can be placed 7 days a week via our Online Bakery or EDI platforms.
Amending or cancelling orders - Cut-off times
If you need to cancel or amend an order, this must be done before the relevant cut-off time. Any changes requested after the cut-off time may be rejected.
Please ensure all order amendments are communicated to us by the following cut-off times:
Monday to Friday: 1:00 pm
Saturday to Sunday: 12:30 pm
