You can easily cancel or amend your order up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date, provided you do so before the daily cut-off time of 1:00pm on weekdays and 12:30pm on a weekend.
To cancel any orders that have been placed, please get in touch with us using the Submit Request form at the top of this page.
If you’re an Online Bakery customer with a Standing Order, you can manage cancellations or make changes directly through the website, as long as this is done within the same 48-hour window and before the cut-off time.
Please note that changes are not possible after 1 PM on weekdays or 12:30pm on weekends, if your order is already within the 48-hour lead time.
