My order met the delivery threshold - why is my invoice showing a charge?

If you've placed two separate orders on the same delivery day and their combined total is £50 or more, you might still see a delivery fee because each order is processed separately. Our system isn't able to combine these orders into one, so a delivery charge may apply.

Any order over the value of £50 will be delivered free of charge.
