How do I report I’ve received a damaged item or order?

If you receive any damaged items or orders, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. You can click here to contact our Customer Care team, who will be glad to assist you. When reaching out, please include the following details: 

  • Account number 

  • Account name

  • Order number 

  • Product code or product name

  • A photo of the damaged item or order, along with a brief description. 

Please keep in mind that we can only accept claims for damaged items if you provide clear images showing the damage and report it within 24 hours of delivery.
