Damaged items or orders need to be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please contact our Customer Care team and make sure you include your:
- Account number
- Account name
- Postcode
- Order number
- Product code
- Product description
- An image of the damaged item or order with a short description.
Or you can fill out the damaged product form.
Please note that claims for damaged items will only be accepted with images clearly showing any damage, and if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
