Missing items need to be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the order. If you’ve received an order and it’s missing an item, please click here to contact our Customer Care team. Please make sure you include your: 

  • Account number 
  • Account name
  • Postcode
  • Order number 
  • Product code 
  • Product description 
  • How many items you’re missing
