How do I report a missing item from my order?

If you notice any items missing from your order, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it. If something is missing, you can click here to reach out to our Customer Care team who will be happy to help. When you do, please include the following information: 

  • Account number 

  • Account name

  • Order number 

  • Product code/ product name

  • The quantity of items you’re missing
